Ok, i swapped a trans into my 2002 civic that has been rebuilt and the car only had 83k miles unknown when it was rebuilt. I swapped it in and when the car is cold it shifts good through all gears, but once it warms up it wont do a thing. Some swear this is a sensor/electrical problem. some say it is clutch failure. Trans is full of fluid. What are your guy's opinions? ALso one of the pressure solenoids was broken on the trans when i got it so i put the ones off of the junk trans onto it.?

not necessarily cold but when i first start to drive it, i can go maybe a half mile before it decides to "act up". no codes that i have found
