Head Gasket
how do u know if your Head Gasket is bad b/c when i start the car i hear a sucking noise for the head and then it start to smoke, and i have white smoke form my muffler help pz

Does the car rev up high? White smoke will indicate burning coolant. I would take intake cleaner and spray around the intake manifold and try and find the vacuum leak. It could be a bad intake manifold gasket at the corner of the manifold causing the vacuum to draw in coolant. If a head gasket went i don;t think you would have that "sucking" noise you are reffering to.

I would then resort to a leak down test to all four cylinders and report back the results. If you find any results to differ and you can hear the compressed air leak out try and track down exactly where it is! It could be leaking from one cylinder to the next drawing in coolant or on the edge also getting coolant. However if leaked else where try and pinpoint it.
