Default Intake manifold coolant leak

Hello, I am new to the Honda game so bear with me. I recently did a head gasket job on my d16y7. My head was warped so I got a head from the junk yard. Long story short I thought I'd finally completed the task however when I poured coolant in my radiator it began to leak it all out. I found the leak, is coming from the intake manifold. I also changed the intake manifold gasket with a felpro gasket. Are my bolts not on tight enough is the head bad? Did I not put the new intake gasket on correctly? Attached are some photos I don't know if they will help but there they are.

It looks like you put the IM gasket on backwards.

I had that same thought when I saw the copper crush washer sticking out from the manifold but I wasn't sure on the D16Y7 setup to be confident to post as such.

Yes, this ^^^^. The copper ringed opening should be around the coolant passage on the right (passenger) side of the cylinder head close to the distributor.

That's something I'd do. Come on, OP. You're better than that.
