Default Bad o2 sensor?

Need some serious help. I just swapped a b20b into a 90' DA. Im having a problem with running way to rich. Once i start the car (when its cold) it will just run like total *** and die. After it warms up it will idle descent w/o dying. I attempted to turn down the fuel psi on my b&m regualtor but still wont run any leaner. I know for a fact that my plugs are fouled from running this rich, so that cant be helping me any. So i have come to the conclusion that my o2 sensor is toast, its so bad that its telling the ecu to run way rich cuase it thinks that its running lean. So i plan on replacing the o2 sensor, plugs and resetting the ECU so hopefully it will recognize that it shouldnt be dumping so much fuel.

This is a daily beater and i needs a ride y0. Any suggestions?

If it runs good when warm then i think it'll be something with your purge and IACV. I dont know anything about DA and B20B's but if it's a hybrid then you must be missing something in this field.

open loop means ur ecu is paying no attention to ur o2 reading
only under close loop ur ecu will adjust fuel trim according to o2

(runs like a champ after 3k)on part throttle or full?
does ur car idle up to 1500 on cold start up?

at any throttle after 3k its ok.

I dont have a FICV (skunk2 i/m) it was removed when the skunk2 was put on. So the rpms cant stay up so it just dies due to all the fuel loading up.
