No it's the old one with maybe 110-120,xxx miles aka 215,000 kilometres. I can't get it to "lock" no matter what I do it just ratchets so it applys "some" tension but as soon as you start turning it and get to where the valve is ready to snap shut the thing gets pressed in by the guide. I made sure to line it up with the black links at the cams and the mark at the bottom.
