Default Timing issue?

hey again,

I got my B16a into my del sol. I got alll my lines and the ECU hooked up. the issue is that when I start the car It has to have the gas peddle pressed in so the throttle body will open up enough to get it to catch. and then itll run for a few seconds and die. if you keep the RPM above 2000 it will run. The car WILL NOT idle. Is this a throttle body issue? or is this a timing issue? or something else completely?

any CEL's? If none try adjusting the idle screw(counterclockwise)....if you have any extra throttle bodies laying around swap the part to eliminate the TPS as an issue. Hopefully you have some cel's to assist in troubleshooting. If you think your timing is an issue try to advance the dizzy(adj counterclockwise) small changes but hopefully some results.

I have a Knock sensor CEL and a Air Intake temp CEL.
We messed with the Idle screw it would idle at best at like 2000 rpm.
We havent messed with the dist to much yet.
