Default Stock grille

How hard is it to take out the stock honda "mesh" out of the grill? Would I have to cut it out?

Yes, you'll have to cut it. People usually put real mesh in it, though I've seen issues with that. Either it comes off looking cheesy or it eventually falls out.

That's why I put it in quotation marks. I realize it's not mesh, but I didn't know what else to call it.

The dremel is your friend, but unless you're needing the space for an intercooler, I'd suggest against it. Well, if you're dead set on doing it, take your time and make the incision (key word) CLEAN.

PS- speaking from experience with deleting one's grille slats.

I thought he was talking about the upper grille, not the lower bumper mouth.

lol, my bad. Still, I would assume in any case that the dremel, and lots of caution would be your friend. Sorry bout the earlier post. Any tabs used to hold the upper grill hole in you'll need to keep.
