I've got a 95 Coupe DX. I put in new Drums, Shoes, and the springs. The problem I'm having is I have brake pedal pulsation under heavy breaking or at high speeds of 60+. Also the passenger side drum is making a noise every time the brake is applied.

I've bled the brakes and also have swapped the passenger and the driver side drum to see if it would eliminate the noise on the passenger side. I also put back on my old drums to eliminate the new drums possibly being warped. I've adjusted the brakes at least 10 times and nothing seems to help. Anyone got ideas?

rotate tires front to back and test drive again

your front brake rotors are probably warped

Except I wasn't having any problems before I changed the rears, so I don't think that's it.

I had the same issue on a 97 accord after putting all new rotors and pads on the car and it was my tires. Had to rotate and balance them. The car would pulsate when I would brake hard or at highway speeds.

I just rotated my tires and I still have the same issue. I got new tires 9 months and 7,000 miles ago so they should still be balanced and I had an alignment done 3 months ago.

Does anyone know if a my issue could be caused by a bad Wheel Cylinder?

The sound coming from my passenger side almost sounds like when you barely touch your brakes and the pad doesn't have enough grip on the rotor or drum.

my buddy had a terrible pulsating issue and it was his brake calipers they were bad and they were sticking. he has a 98 civic hatch and he had brand new tires brakes and rotors and alignment.

I don't think any of my issues are coming from my front brakes otherwise my steering wheel would be shaking as well if the rotors or the brake caliber are toast. It is only the brake pedal that pulsates.
