Default cleaning iacv with....?

can i clean the iacv with brake cleaner or carb cleaner? just wondering cause the write up says brake cleaner. all i have is carb cleaner. will that be okay?

I cleaned mine with some carb cleaner. Worked fine.

barke or carb cleaner, both work fine. it doesnt take much either, no need to over do it.

awesome, its clean now, i dont really have an idle problem it just moves up and down once in a while. i took it out and the whole filter was completely covered in dirt
