Civic Rack and Pinion issue....
Ok, my mom has a 92 civic that was given to her. It is the base bone model, with no power steering, windows, locks, etc. The lady that owned the car before her had the rack and pinion replaced. She has only had the car for about a year now and was told that the car needs another rack and pinion. I find this very odd because I have never heard many issues with the rack and pinions with Honda. I havent had a chance to look at the car yet, but can anyone inform me of the process to check the rack and pinion for replacement?
