Okay I know I am new here but I know the knowlege and power that one can find in other thru the use of internet forums. So here goes

I have 1994 Honda Accord EX with 295,000 miles that is currently running fine but it is less than normal gas mileage 24 mpg. The check engine light and the ABS light come on shortly after starting the car. When I pulled the codes the ABS light flashed instead of the check engine light. (Not what I expected after my reasearch from the web) I can not find any information how to to determine the code. The flashing abs light code is a following lights 1,3, 1,3, 1,8. The number represent the number of times that the ABS light flashes. The flashing light was not seperated by long then short flashed they were all equal in time. Just the spacing between the number which I represented with more that one space in the numbers.

FYI I have put 260,000 of the 295,000 miles on this car. So I know the history of the car and how it has been taken care of.

That's very clear that it's flashing a 1-3 and 1-8 as you pointed out.
