Default help with oil in the hot side of the turbo and smoking bad

is it ok to put a restrictor on a gt35r turbo ...i have no restrictor .. i read some where not to becuase its a bb turbo

if it's ok to put on a restrictor , where can i get one?

If im not mistaken, a restrictor can actually regulate the amount of oil going into the turbo...too little or too much. Dont quote me on this though...

i was told only the t series need to have a restricter as in a t3/t04e or t67

All GT turbos should have a built in oil restrictor so you know, but sometimes that does not take car of the problem alone cause our cars see such a high oil pressure.

I do believe you can add another one, I dont see why it would be a problem but someone feel free to correct me on that if things have changed.

You have a couple options... inline/ inlet fitting restrictor or inlet flange with restrictor.

Here is a -3AN inlet flange with restrictor.
