Default dual stage bc

so i got a turbosmart dual stage boost controller. and while we were trying to tune for 10 psi, the boost prssure was fluctuating too much so we didnt do it. i have the power wire hooked up to the radio switched power. the ground is connected to the frame which i took off the paint. its pointing in the right way. the only thing i can possibly think of is where the bc goes inline withthe wastegate, i didnt put hoseclamps on the nipples. they were really tight though. so i dont really know. any input???? i can sell this and get the greddy profec, but if i can get this to work, i would rather do that being its new and already installed

how do you have it hooked up? wastegate to turbo or wastegate to another vac? the problem i had with mine was the hose would swell up under boost

i don;t think it's the controller, i think it;s something in your setup itself, maybe the wg or bov?

you do have the power wire running into a switch right and then another wire coming out of the switch and to the boost controller? The way you wrote that you have it hooked up will not allow the boost controler to switch from high low.

And I don't think it is the bc problem sounds like your wastegate or the way you have it rigged up

well the problem cant be the wastegate because everything works fine when the boost controllwe switch is off. the vac source is coming off a vacuum manifold mounted on the firewall. the switched power wire goes from the BC to the switch out the switch and into the radip power wire which is a switched ignition source. it is inline with the with the wastegate with the arrow facing in the right direction.
