Default Chiped ECU or Stock ECU????

I have to drive almost 200 miles to get to my tuner. I tried running my setup with the chiped ECU in my car and have had nothing but trouble with the performance and the plugs. The chip I have is just a basemap. Would I be better off running the OEM ECU to get to the tuner, or should I run the chiped ECU?

Seeing as you have bigger injectors, the stock ECU is not an option.

If you want to use the stock ecu, put stock injectors back in and don't boost, or disconnect the charge pipe and don't get on it, you'll be able to get to your tuner that way.

Can anyone tell me if the chip in the link below is better than my basemap? I would like to try it out but I want some opinions.
