Default GSR Motor build Questions

Hey, I am building a GSR motor for my civic. The car is going to be show and go. I want to build a naturally aspirated, with high compression, the builds good power and is very dependable with good street ability.

I was planning to bore it to a 2.0L and stroke it with an LS crank, 11.0-12.5 compression. For the head port and polish with a valve job, i was going to go with skunk2 for the valve train. I talked to tech a skunk2 and they said to go with their pro series stage 2 cams and pro series valves, springs, and gears. And getting the ecu remapped. Also i need help in injector size and fuel pump size. And i heard that the stock ignition can hold to 300 hp, is this true?

So far the parts I have:
AEM fuel rail
AEM fuel regulator
AEM short ram intake
Edlebrock Victor X intake manifold
DC 4to1 exhaust header
68mm throttle body
ARP hardware
NGK plugs and wires

So I am open to tips, ideas, brands to go with the internals. I am not too knowledgeable with build honda motors so your help is needed

Ditch the dc sports header, if you are going for at least 200whp, which it appears you are, get a good header, ex. Hytech big tube. also going to need a 2.5 inch exhaust. ignition is fine, injectors 440cc should be fine, get a walbro 255lph, tune it on hondata s300 or aem. reliability largely relies on the tune.
