Default Replace thermostat but rad fan dont work and coolant won't go down

Hi guys I just sign up and I'm hoping anyone can shine the light to my problem. So I have 2007 acura csx I know it's not a honda but they have same engine set up, anyways I replace the thermostat and had all tight up where they belong but everytime I try to top up the radiator the coolant kept pushing up where I assumed it's the air buble. So I can only put a little bit coolant on my radioator and filled up my Reservoir tank to full, so I did my search on bleeding the rad but the car temperature are raising like going toward overheating. Also I noticed the rad fan wouldn't kick in even tho heater are at Max, so I ran few test buy disconnected the 2p pin connector and jumped with 12v battery it kick fine and also if the ac on both fan would come on. I've also tested all the relay on fuse box for the clicking and the resistance, they all fine. Also when I shut my car of and try to open the the rad cap it had pressure like there is no flow in the radiator so made the coolant to shoot out when the cap release.
