Broken 14mm susp. bolt, what to do?
while reinstalling my front suspension i was tightening the 14mm bolt that holds the shock and the thing snapped in half. I know its broken in half because when i look from behind through the slit of the cup.. i can see where it snapped in half. Is it safe for me to go on with it broken like that? i dont plan on working on my suspension anytime soon. If not, what should i do about it? thanks.

u snaped it in half or did u only brake the head...?
if its in half , shouldnt it come out by unscrewing it?

i tried pulling it out.. i think i can get the end with the bolt out but the other end looks impossible to get out since its threaded in.

i would not recomend u driving on it.. u will have to cut what u can and get the fork out first.. then fins some one who can weld anothoer bolt to it and CAREFULLY unscrew it out.. its a pain in the ***. if u got a dig cam take a pic so i can see it.. ...to be sure.. then go to the dealer and buy one new bolt.... if its the fork i might have one for sale i got to look.. but try that first .. live and learn....

if you can sell me the fork that'd be great man.. then i wouldnt have to deal with taking that damn bolt out. I'll still take a look at it again tomorrow and post pics of it. Thanks guys
