Default sheepey ff smoking issue

to start this off i have searched..
i have a boosted ef with a sheepey forward facing kit garrett jb t04e
fresh motor rebuild has around 400 miles turbo has around 1500-2000 miles. running a -4 feed and -10 return. since my turbo sits so low and i have a full race traction bar the oil feed has to go under it then has a slight elevation to the oil pan tap. that being said the turbo does sit above the pan tap, i know that doesnt matter a whole lot but wana include all information i can

car runs great has good compression and perfect leakdown tests on all cylinders boosting at 15psi
smoke is coming out of the exhaust up pipe

like i said runs great, under boost it doesnt smoke and it doesnt smoke at idle. the only times it does are after a pull/in between shifts or when im cruising no boost and i let off the throttle it will smoke for a little bit then quit (5-10 sec). my thoughts are that under boost when the motor is running around 80psi it is pulling enough oil for the turbo to get adequate drainage. when im curising i think when i let off oil pools in the line causing smoke. and in between shifts it maybe pooling and causing smoke.

i checked my turbo and theres a very very little bit of oil in the compressor housing in front of the impeller not anything pooled and i cant see any other signs of oil in the turbo just in front of the impeller, nothing on the impeller or at the bottom of it, though i haven't taken the housing off yet. turbo has very little side to side shaft play and zero inline shaft play (front to back) it spools fine sounds fine and no oil leaks from the turbo externally.. thanks for any help or ideas guys.
iv considered a scavenge pump but i wana see what HTs thoughts are before i buy a turbowerx exa pump.

1.) Are you using a oil restrictor.

2.) As you said, theres a slope in the drain line.

If you can go up and over the traction bar, that'd be your best bet. That return line has an uphill section in it that could be preventing proper drainage. Also, do you have a valvecover ventilation system? If not, crankcase overpressure can also cause poor oil drainage, oil film on the compressor, and oil burn

A 45 won't fit on to go above the bar I tried that I'm going to route it off to the side and over the bar, the pic is a bit deceiving. And I Can't ditch my trac bar! lol
Also no restricter it's journal bearing turbo Garrett recommends just using a -3 or -4 feed I believe
