oil sending unit oil feed line issue
Alright I mounted both of these with t adapter fittings to the back of my block where the oil sens was. Issue I am having is that the motor vibrates enough to make them leak. I could just tighten stuff up and it pry wouldnt leak but i would like to mount these on either the firewall or strut tower. What I am curious about is what have my boosted breathern here have done and how they have done it.
thankx in advance for all input

Re: oil sending unit oil feed line issue (jdmrex91)
As long as you haven't used any 1/8NPT fittings in your block, you can clean up the installation by using one of our Oil Take Off fittings. We'll even send you a free one, if you'll PM us your address (from your jdmrex91 account).
They have the correct threads for the block and stock sensor, and two side ports with 1/8NPT threads for connecting your feed line and one other accessory (like a feed line to an oil tee on the firewall). You cannot mount an aftermarket sending unit to our adapter, only the stock sending unit, and feed lines. Use a remote line to mount any aftermarket sending units.
Here is a pic...
You can check out the installation of one of these here - Turbo Install Blog It's a log post, so just search the page for "Tuner Toys block fitting", and you''l be in the right spot. You can click on the pics to enlarge them.
Hope that helps,
Craig

Over 1000 oil line kits sold with Craigs fitting, and I'd never change it. For the aftermarket oil pressure sensor, you will need an 18" feedline up the firewall to a T.

Thanks Stevemode!
We've sold an equal number of Stealthmode Oil Line Kits, and not one customer complaint!
