it says the X makes it power from 7,000rpm - 10,000rpm. does it really make sense to get that over the skunk? considering the skunk makes power throught the powerband? just curious, b/c i see a lot of guys with these edelbrock ones. is 2,000 rpm worth it, considering a majority of these guys dont rev past 8,000. i know the fast turbo guys will be revving to about 9300, but thats still only 2,000rpm.

Then its relative to your rev range, IMO. I'm reving to 9.5k so therefore JG ..
And like I said the price is right for the gains people get. I mean cheezefrog has a 1200 carbon fiber manifold, (which kicks ***) but I'm not spending that $. BTW, I think Air Reearch makes it.

It is supposed to be good for 1-2 HP more then the skunk/ITR. Somebody on here with a black ITR I believe had a dyno in the all motor board.

its going to be a t3/t4 turbo on a fully built LS/VTEC built from bottom up with a redline at abour 9,500 to 10,000. 84mm bore with GE sleeves and B18c1 head. Hoping to get in the 500 HP easily.

JMO- Id do the victor x due to the shorter wider runners. Just what I was hearing at a local shop, that the victor x has a better flow design...
