Most power w/ skunk2 Intake Manifold
Ok I am getting closer on my build up but I am thinking I am going to have to cut a few corner's to get the car done.... (because of money) I really want to get the full-race intake manifold when it comes out but I already have a skunk2 so I was thinking i'd just use that in the mean time. Any guys making 500+ w/ the skunk? Does it fall off big time @ high rpm's? (9k+) Im using an SC61 on a 1.9L GSR engine.

Most big power guys use Edelbrock, I have seen lots of people have success with them. Countless 500+ cars use them

you can do the hi hp on a skunk. its just a type R manifold that is smoothed out in the runners. There are a few 500+hp cars here with Itr manifold and Skunks. Dont fret.

they sell quick and there are plenty of ppl always selling them. i would upgrade but thats just me...

Those are some great #'s on the skunk2 manifold guys. I realize the JG is the best bang for buck out there, but for some reason I just don't like that manifold. Call me crazy. Ill just stick w/ what I got for now and when the full-race comes out ill probably get that and do a big TB at the same time.
