yeah .0035 is good but .0040 is quite a bit of ptw for a daily driver and just not nessesary.

Running .0030 currently on my setup but im also runnign srp pistons that have high silicon content and dont have the expansion rate that the cp's and other low silicon content pistons have. Granted there not as strong of a piston but they will still handle plenty of abuse and power

Agreed 100%

I was just referring to my setup, but all are different. Best to research your piston and make a good decision that suits ur uses and material the best.

I'm running 10 40 too, Mobil one. No problems...with oil. My motor makes around 300 on nitrous.

If you get the standard size Acl's can you just pop them in Plastigage and go? And if they are a bit to tight or loose how do you adjust?

Yes, if you got good parts that are within spec.. The second part is a long explanation, best too figure out if there is a problem then post it. A lot of circumstances could make bearings too tight or loose, and there is many ways too correct it. Are you talking about Con rod or main bearings?, each one would involve a different procedure.
So whats the problem?, are they tight or loose and is it con rod or main bearings?.

Only once have I had ACLs be a little too tight for my liking and just went with oem. Other than that, I have no issues at all. Just plastigage 3 times if you have too!
