Re: 6466?
What do you want to know ? Its been proven to make 800 - 900 whp on Honda's, Evo's and Supras and offers a very high flow rate in relation to the compressor wheel size, so in theory it has a "good" powerband for the horsepower potential.
From what I've read on the Evo X and BMW turbo communities, the EFR turbos have been hit and miss. On the Evo X side they've had a lot of turbine wheel failures from overspeeding the turbo (Full Race actually has a special EFR 9174 variant specifically to get around this issue). They seem to offer awesome spool and transient response but the horsepower numbers achieved don't always back up the claim on paper.
I've personally seen very few (if any) GTX4088R's being used anywhere. Garett also offers the GTW in a 64mm variant.
Your other option is a Borg Warner S364 SX-E (proven Airwerks durability with EFR style compressor wheels) or Xona 8265
