man good to know that there are alot of opitions out there but this is a thing you gotta put alot of thinking into it im in the business.so i get alot of these heads coming in my door and having a one of a kind flow bench helps me find out the pro's and con's of each cylinder head but big is not always better.you have to figure out what are your true goals with the set up this is the key the power is in the head so good luck with your choice

Re: Where to send head for porting/assembly?
Thats why I said either race team or NAH2B. I was dealing with RLZ directly because I had no idea they had some outstanding customer support stashed away in someone's signature on honda-tech. I had 2 heads completed and returned to me and one that never found it's way back. The two that made it back to me took much weeping and gnashing of teeth to get back. I race circle track and we race almost every weekend so when a head takes 6-8 weeks to get back it's not the greatest experience for the customer. They do great work, but I firmly believe there are other companies that can get comparitive results and not bend the customer over on wait time.

Some of those company are slam with work. If u guys don't want to wait for the port job been done just port ur own head like did. My rlz head got trash from wrong relif valve cut on some custom piston and I didn't want to wait long to get my car back together it took me 2 day to do the port and do the valve job on it. And it seen to be working good cuz my car made 1050whp at 38psi with 9-1 comp piston
