Re: Precision turbo releases the 6785!
Well it may be it just seems to be WAY more common on the Honda's compared to the SRT-4 community. I've sold and installed several PTE JB units on SRT-4's and just recently started having a smoking problem on one while the others have been fine. I've talked to guys who run Honda shops and a few said they will only sell BB PTE units now because they had so many PTE JB failures.

Its nothing new, Precision's compressor wheels make more power than any other wheel in ALL sizes. You guys are arguing over something that's been obvious for 3-4 years. What is the Exducer size of the 6785?
"edit" sorry just read that it has a 102mm exducer.
The Borg s400 67mm is a amazing also but I really don't thing it can hang with the Precision wheel at high pressure ratios but the BW's probably wont explode either. lol. For the price and reliability the Borg 67 is the the one to run.
I run Garrett so Either way I have the best

Im shooting for the record of fastest hot pink vespa in Central nj. I figure if i get that record itll still be gay either way lol. See you guys saturday!
BTW Miller how does this compare to that 67 you put together last year? Better, worse, same?
Although i didnt get much time on it GTX4267 also looked promising but like i said didnt get much time on it. Went 164 mph at 2475lbs

After you posted the link i had another catalog to compare the 2 turbos and one having a 64mm compressor wheel and made the same power as the BW 67mm billet unit is all i needed to see.

Re: Precision turbo releases the 6785!
Again biggest reason i chose the BW over the 6768. The BW was a little bit more than the journal bearing 6768 but far less than the BB 6768 and I wasnt about to spend almost 2 grand on the turbo. lol.
When it came down to reliability I think the BW takes the cake compared to Precisions current stuff. Hell If i can run my old Garrett T67 H.O. to 36psi and not have it smoke, explode or anything like that, no reason the precision unit should either.

I haven't had issues so far and these turbos are LARGE FRAME. the ones people tend to have issues with are mid frame units

well that would be a sack of **** excuse don't you think? "Well we can't make a JB turbo that holds together but we're called precision turbo so the bad *** turbo's are just going to have to be to expensive for 95% of the racers. "
