Default Howard At CNC EngineDyamics, Thanks!

I blew two motors in one week and i had to work very hard to bounce back to replace one for MIR, Which I probly wont make it . I sent him my block on friday and by Thursday it was sleeved, balanced, deburred, cleaned, assembled, and ready for shipping back to me!
These guys are amazing!
I've always used TT Manley rods, but it seems I have exceeded the power level they were designed for.
Went with Carrillos and Carr bolts.
Also went with Ls stroke instead of GSR shorter stroke.
I want to break cert, Or at least my PB and MPH.

My original engine builder is doing my aluminum rod Motor in the future.

Again, Thank You so much for getten' her Done!

I'll be testing sooooon on a good track! Looking for those 147mph 330' times!
And sick *** 60' fts. I thought a 1.49 was great!???

What kind of sleeves are those? Looks like an AEBS or Darton MID copy.

I would use a receiver groove with copper gasket.. Otherwise s/s oring with metal gasket works wonder's when done properly..

I wouldnt blame the TT Manleys on previous motors not breaking. There's other things that would have caused the motor to break. Those should hold for big power.

i used copper with mine ...but the place that sleeved it normally uses stainless with the reciever grove.... i always thought that copper was the way to go with hondas....i use OEM gasket with copper orings. I had issues with cometic gasket and went to OEM and have had zero issues now. I did not change the o-rings when the gasket was changed although i probably should have....but no issues since

Im estimating on making between 1100 to 1200whp. Manleys are rated at 250hp per rod? Then me engine breaking didn't help either so I wont be doing that any more. Car made 968@38psi........top of third I see 48psi.........Idk but im out to be fastest civic in TX.

Damn bro I been secretly been watching you and your builds over the last 8mnths

Gotta say you go hard in the paint fo real. For a sport and hobby that's dumb expensive that the only reward is a 4 digit number you hope nobody can beat shows your love for this **** we call a game.

Nothing but respect to you bro. I wasn't shooting for no where near your numbers and threw all Tue noobie issues I had I couldn't take it no more lol. F the money aspect just the frustration of having multiple issues shows where you are and where I will be in 2012
