Default Help with fuel system!

Whatsup guys!! Im just looking to get some input from the pros, I have a fully built ls/vtec with a full race kit, E85 tuned on s300 in my 00 Civic Si. Now originally, I had this in 94 eg hatch with a walbro 255 in tank pump. I picked up an em1 shell with a sumped tank, so I went ahead and went with -10an fuel lines, x2 Ktuned inline filters, a single Bosch 044. For some reason its running like **** when I lay into it. My question is since i've upgraded the system from what it was previously, do i need to retune and upgrade my FPR and fuel return? Im stumped, it may just be something simple Im overlooking.

Thanks,

Jay

The e85 was in plastic jugs since around January, like stated, all that changed was the chassis and upgraded fuel pump, the car just feels like it cuts out a bit at full throttle.

Ill have to get to the shop tomorrow evening, but ill keep you guys updated! Thanks for te input so far!
