viper alarm wont unlock my doors
i thinks a viper 5002 model with the keyless entry
so heres the problem, the remote can arm and disarm the alarm, but when i disarm the car it doesnt unlock the doors. what do you guys think?
please help asap. thanks

its a 96 integra 4 door. its an aftermarket viper remote. it use to work perfectly fine 3 weeks ago. i havent tried disarming it for 3 weeks, so now its stuck on lock
but the alarm still arms and disarms, just wont unlock the doors

Do the factor switches work to unlock and lock the doors. I would check the driver kick pannel and see if the connections came loose. Do you have a multi meter?
