My 93 accord

I baught this keyless entry for my civic vp that i installed aftermarket actuators and the avital system is just not getting power at all the red led doesn't flash or any thing even though i hooked it up the the 12v constant and grounded the box

fcm

Red to 12V constant, hot at all times.
Yellow to 12V switched, hot in run and start, [true ign. power]
Black to a good chassis ground point.

That is all you need to power the unit up. 94
