Default How do you run power wire from the battery in '98 Accord Coupe?

I've found one unused hole in the firewall, but I can't seem to find it on the interior side. I tried removing the glove compartment, but the four visible screws aren't enough to free it from the dash.

Anyone have any advice?

Thanks,

JD

Removing the glove box isn't going to help much as the heater motor and duct are in the way, it's a tight fit between heater motor housing and firewall, about 1", but you can poke a snake or hanger down the hole from the engine bay,it will be behind the soundmat at about were the bottom mount for the heater duct is,[works best with 2 people one poking one feeling] cut xslit in soundmat, feed wire down from hole to xslit, pull through. 94

I ended up using a hole closer to the driver's side... than ran it across behind the dash and down the passenger side of the car.

Long day, many hours spent on that stereo install this weekend. Not a bad system for my daughter's car, all made up of hand-me-down parts I gave her except for the Kenwood headunit which she bought a couple of years ago.
