Can't find this ANYWHERE....
Ok I have done so much research and am starting to believe my car is never going to bump.
98 Civic DX coupe.
Stock HU.
I have a 1400w amp and a Kove 12'' sub.
If I buy a LOC, can I splice it with the rear sub speakers in the car? It's normal speaker wire... I don't see why It wouldn't work.
My amp has a Hi Input but doesn't look like any other slot I've seen before... It's like a little rectangular inoput with 4 little metal pieces inside. Someone please guide me ;(

Re: Can't find this ANYWHERE....
Make and model of amp would help.
It sounds like your amp has speaker level inputs, [LOC built in].
Not sure what you mean by "rear sub speakers" assuming you mean the cars rear speakers, [full-range] yes you can connect a LOC to them, in your case it sounds like your amp has speaker level inputs so you can connect the rear speaker leads directly to amp, [paralleled with rear speakers]. 94

Alright hold on now. Can I splice the LOC directly next to the rear speakers? As in like both rear speakers I would cut the wires, strip, and connect them to the LOC I buy? Or would I have to position it behind the actual HU.

You can buy wire splices to make it easier. You just insert the end of the wire from the loc into it and crimp it. This is what I would suggest if you have problems soldering...
Yes, you can just put it on the rear speakers, but you will need to extend the wires to do this. That is why it is generally behind the hu instead.
You can run wires from your rear speakers to your high level inputs. This will do the same thing.
