Default Any compustar folks on here?

I used to be more active on this forum many years ago. I purchased 2 compustar CM3000M alarms many years ago from a dealer that frequented this forum. I installed one of those alarms in a vehicle I had at the time and never had an issue with it. The other sat in the box until just yesterday. My fathers vehicle was stolen a few days ago and he just recovered it. I had an extra alarm just sitting in a box so I told him I would install it.

I took it out of the box and decided to bench test it before installing. I hooked up the main harness. Connected the red wire straight to the battery, red with white stripe straight to the battery, Green wire straight to the battery, black wire straight to the negative terminal. I plugged in the antenna, led, shock sensor, pager antenna and I was expecting it to do something........ I got nothing out of it. Toggled the remotes and still nothing. Is this thing dead or am I missing something? Fuses are all good.

If its dead any of you able to get it warrantied? Thanks in advance!
