we couldn't make battle for finals cause we were still having problems we were working on it late the night before with no luck. trust me if we had it up and runing i'd be lining up and staging in a heart beat.

and to everyone talking about my car not making it to the track or that car show nonsense get the hell out the thread, you don't know the issues we have had. you seem to think that's its real simple? the people that are involved with the car can vouch and know what's going on with the car and how we have been on it since the issues started. but then again im not on any one's pay roll here so don't act like me not making a race is some how letting people down. don't worry about me, worry about your self and make your local race events like i would if my car was up and running. i posted this thread to share the progress of the car during the build and once it was done i let the thread die cause i didn't feel like having to answer to Joe Shome about every detail and why im not at a race. in fact after seeing how people on the broad hate i decided not to share my cars details anymore. but yeah as far as i'm concerned this thread is done. i had a good time with it but now it's time to focus on my car and not about what the haters are saying.

pretty much the last up date i'm gonna give on H-t:

so we finally got the car running right a couple days ago, and off to the track we went.
we went to fontana yesterday for some testing and had more problems. broke most the rocker arm rollers on the exhaust side in the burn out box so we had to pack it up and go home. gonna take it apart and go over everything and getting it going again.


if you talked **** here or anywhere please don't be two faced and come over to my pit area in future events and try to be cool with me and my crew. i do this as my hobby and cause i love the sport not to make people happy. cause if i didn't love the sport, this is the worst investment a person can make. if you want to keep up with the car just find it on youtube. all up to date videos will be there but no longer posted on H-T.

all good man i can take a joke. but some people are just plain haters. i was looking forward to lining up against Tim, but all our efforts fell short and we just ran out of time and couldn't take the car. that would have been a true all motor battle though.

Don't stop posting because of stupid jerks. Anything that is this far out ahead the curve is going to have a few hiccups. Like I've said before and I will say it again, "This is an all time epic build." What makes it even greater is you aren't part of a race team. Absolutely would have been. Its all good, I'm sure there will be other times. . .

You just keep doing your thing man, once you get all the bugs worked out, you will be sitting in line at an event about to roll into the burnout box and realize it was all worth it.

Damn, i got a hammer to the head AND a thumbsdown!? I read through all the pages of the build, saw all the videos. Saw this car as the #1 car on the roster for Fontana's BOTI and havent heard anything as of recent. I was just curious on what the deal was, which the owner of this build answered. I'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who is anticipating the results from the track. I'm sure the owner is as well.

Armondo has put a lot of time into this car. As some of you my understand
and other may simple not. He has had some issues ranging from flywheel issues,
to computer/wiring concerns. One minute it runs perfect then loads it up and takes it to the track and the car wont rev. We have tried to help him trouble shoot just about everything it could possible be... and still nothing.

Everyone goes through what I call growing pains. The more you do the more issues could arise and this has happened to him as well as many others.

Too many people are busting his ***** for issues that are beyond his control.
putting a new battery in your car and then the next morning the radio wont work.....???

He will be out very soon with these issues fixed.
