Gsr Compression
I have just built my engine not too long ago.
Engine has
Scat Rods
Nippon 12.5:1 pistons
Head
Full P&P
Titanium valves, springs, retainers
97 ITR Cams
AEBS Port matched intake manifold
70mm throttle body
I just did a compression test and seen most gsr engines have 200+ psi and mine only had 180 across the board. Now i did not unhook the distributor or unplug the ECU fuse. Could that be the reason for the low reading? Also motor only has 230 miles since build. Just want to see what people say about this.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Gsr Compression
do it when the motor is warmed up to temp. unplug your distributor and fuel or ecu and do it at wide open throttle..are you doing the correct breakin in procedure? i feel like it should be reading well over 200 with that c/r..let me know pm me if you need any other assistance
