Ok i installed red door inserts in my car and now the window doesn't do the auto up/down anymore, i did disconnect the battery because i also had to move my cai because it was hitting my shift linkage. i re-hooked up everything and the auto up/down was working for about an hour and then it just stopped, the power windows still work and everything like that just the auto up/down is no longer working.....anyone have any ideas about what could have happened??

You have to reset it, i forgot how tho. I think you have to roll the window up then fully down when you first turn accessory II not start it. Not sure tho.. i really forgot.

just had this happen to me 2 weeks ago glad you got it working again. i got scared when this happened to me. hahah i hate window problems.

ok my 05' type-s driver is weird. it still works and all. the auto feature response but the thing is when the window is all the way down and pressed the auto button, it'll go up about 80% and then does back down and stop at half way itself. I try resetting it and still the same thing. ever happen to you guys?

no, this is the first time i have taken my door panel off, and it worked for me

It's suppose to be some auto safety feature. Don't remember what it is for.

no clue sorry dude. just going to have to live with it. It is quite irritating.

oh and plus my driver window is a little crooked. is there any major problem with you guys driving rsx? i hope its just a simple bolt that is loose and need to tighten it back.

i have the same feature in my ep. i've had the battery disconnected a few times. it will relearn the auto up/down feature on its own. just takes a few up and downs. basically, mine is fine the next day lol
