Default Shuddering, Clutch related

Okay so I bought my 95 GSR with about 200k on it. The clutch was replaced at 180k or so from what I was told, I trust the guy enough that I believe him. Well recently at around 210k or so I have been starting to grind right? Yet only at higher RPMs past 6.5 or so, and even if I get no brutal grind, grabbing from second into third feels like im hitting a brick wall. Rev matched and everything it was super hard. That was only happening from second into 3rd and into 4th, I heard that both 3rd and 4th were on the same synchro and with my mileage that should be expected. Well one day I was simply driving, normal, everyday driving, stopped at a stop sign and went to throw back into 1st and drive away. Brick wall. 2nd was the same. and third, for a good 2 days it was like this, no chirping or grinding just hard hits into gear. Figured it to be the master cylinder, replaced it and flushed out all my fluid and bled it. Felt great. Worked great, I could hit 8k and go from 2nd to 3rd with nooo problems whatsoever, I was ecstatic. Well just recently it has been acting up horribly, undrivable horribly. I was rolling to a stop and clutched in, and my clutch stuck to the floor, I was in an intersection and could not move. Shut off the car and tried putting it into first then starting, and it stuttered and to start, and tried pulling foward yet killed the engine. This has happened previously also. I feel like the clutch is half engaged and half disengaged. Also, I tried reversing out of the garage at one point AFTER the new master cylinder and I would grind and let out. Well I figured Id try first, and it sputtered, jerked foward, and died. Shut off, into reverse, started. Struggle struggle struggle BAM then idled up just fine, and I drove away like nothing happend.

Sorry for writing a novel but I need help pleeaaassee. Maybe pressure plate??

Tranny fluid was changed not even a month ago with HTF, so I do not believe its that although I will maybe try it. Its all so random though, just the day after that I could hit 8k into 3rd and 4th, no grind not even a chirp, just buttery smooth.. Im so confused, it goes from that to literally un driveable hah.

Sounds like the master got some air in it you might want to check the pedal travel

The clutch isn't disengaging. Look at the position of the shift fork and see if moves when you step on the clutch pedal.

The master was replaced, and bled to perfection. A kink in the line? Or leak somewhere?

If your PP was never replaced and has 220k miles on it.. dont you think it is pretty likely that that could be your problem?

Could be the PP but the clutch itself was replace at around 180k I doubt the PP was. Doesnt matter, totaled now, and turning into a track car haha.

Check your throwout bearing. make sure everything is hooked up correctly to the fork. also if if shuddering but all else is good you probably need to resurface your flywheel. there isnt a whole lot it can be BUT you do have to take things apart to figure it out.
