Default RedWire starter relay sparked on metal.

Now car wont start. No clue why the red wire is loose and no clue where it goes. its comeing out of the plug that plugs into the starter relay. I had my car on and saw it hit the metal spark then my car died and wouldnt start. Maybe blew the starter relay? this just happen 10 minutes ago.
