Please Help!!!! ABS PROBLEMS
Hey guys I need help!
I just changed my master cylinder in my 94 Integra GSR due to it leaking in too the booster and the ABS light was turned on and the ABS pump was priming constantly.
I changed it , bled the brakes thinking it would fix the problem.
Well it was fine for the first 5 min and then the brakes locked up and now the car will not move.
What do you think it is??
ABS control Mod, ABS Pump??
Note: Master Cylinder is fine.

The ABS and brake MC are 2 separate things on 94-97 Integras. Why did you bother with the MC if you were having a problem with the ABS?
You'll probably have to try to find a used ABS pump from a junk yard or something, either that or pull the fuse and disable ABS altogether.

FWIW
Ok, I am total noob to this site and to Acuras and Integras. I was doing a search for my own ABS issue before I started a thread and found this one. FWIW, the problem you describe was very common to old british sports cars, and there were a couple of possible problems.
1. A brake line was clogged (usually a rubber line) and would not allow brake fluid prssure to pass back into the M/C after you released the brakes. This was usually gradual and would lock up after a few minutes. Are all 4 brakes locking, or just one end?
2. Power booster (I'm not even sure an Integra has one...) would actuate and "push" the fluid, but then not return. Easiest test was to by-pass the booster and see what happens.

Re: Please Help!!!! ABS PROBLEMS (richcon)
Pull the ABS codes the same way that you would a CEL (just read the ABS light). The result can guide the diagnosis. I personally think that there is a problem with the MC as the ABS should not be able to lock the brakes. The fail-safe relay on the ABS should prevent against such occurrences.
