Default My teg Idles at 1.5 RPM (Video)

Hey fellas..ive moved on to buy a 94 4 door integra
and i asked the guy about the reving..and he said "it gets cold and will stop doing that later" so then i drive on a warm day..and keeps doing this. It's really annoying and was wondering if anyones had this problem and can help me take care of it! Heres the video

You have a CEL, find out the codes and go from there.

Check the IACV. Sounds like it may need to be cleaned and turned down.

3 likely possibilities:
1-iacv clogged
2-vacuum leak
3-stuck fitv

the first 2 are more likely, as a stuck fitv will usually cause idle to sit high, not fluctuate. could still be sticky though.

but as stated, check the codes first. if you've got a lean code, check for vac leaks.
could also be the iat sensor, or ect sensor. check the codes
