jumper the 2 wire service connector on the passenger side kick panle and unplug the iac.

start the car it should idle.

if the car will run rev it a few times and look at the back of the car on the exhaust side and see if it is blowing out black smoke.
if it is then your getting way too much fuel and iac is adjusting for it and making the engine rev and idle at 3K

if the car is still ideling at 3K with the IAC disabled then you have a vac leak.

you likely have a vacuum leak somewhere

a vacuum leak means that air is being let into the engine from someplace other than the throttle body. The air could be leaking in from a leaking gasket, o-ring, or hose. You should check all the hoses connecting to the intake manifold for damage, use an inspection mirror to check the backside of hoses as well.

you could have an IACV that is stuck open as well

i think i would first confirm that it is a vac leak.
to do this, just remove the air cleaner boot. start the car. cover the throttle opening. if the car continues to run, it's leaking.
if you've got an open nipple on the intake manifold, that will cause a large leak. try capping it and see if idle changes. a pic of it would help

Know i have another issue, i was trying to test my car and i gave gas to it but it doesn't run like it does but it stops at 2k rpm's... i keep giving gas and it idles there like if it had 2step... im frustrated and im almost giving up on my car, so before that happens does any one of you know what would be the problem?

i would probably check for codes first.
if none, perform a sweep test of the TPS

there's your problem at 2k revolutions per minutes?? how many minutes does it take to reach 2000 revolutions. solve that problem first.
