Headlight Question HELP!
I am buying new headlight bulbs, and I am wondering if the stock wiring can handle Bulb input>output: 65 -->> 100w or if I should go ahead and buy the upgraded wiring harnesses....

Umm what are you trying to say... Do you mean you want to buy a higher wattage bulb say an aftermarket bulb like PIIA, Raybrig, Polarg, etc? If that's the case you shouldn't have to replace your headlight harness. It should be adequate to handle it no prob. Unless you change your fuse to a higher amperage rate for your headlights, it may burn your harness if it can't blow the fuse.

No problem bro. Your stock harness should work fine. Just make sure you don't upgrade your headlight fuse to a higher amp, just leave the fuse at the stock amperage.

that input/output business is crap. A bulb cannot have an "input wattage" of 65W and "output wattage" of 110W. Wattage is not a measure of light output. If it draws 65W it draws 65W. If it has any color coating on that 65W bulb, then most likely the light output is LESS than a clear 65W bulb.
I just really hate manufacturers that put this crap on their packages because they are straight out lies.

Yeah so if it says it draws 65W, then it draws 65W and won't burn up the wires.
And actually they probably only draw 60W. Almost all 9006 headlights on the market labeled as 55W actually only draw 51W, and 65W 9005 headlights only draw 60W. The 55 and 65 is actually just a nominal rating, the bulbs themselves usually say 51 or 60.
