Default 97 GSR with a bad rotating vibration between 40-60 mph

I have a bad vibration coming from something rotating in the front end.. So I balanced both tires and it helped but didn't fix it.. Replace the drive side axle and Intermediate Shaft and it got alot better but still a vibration. Only thing left that rotates in the front end is the passenger side axle.. I'm going replace that next. Then get an alignment.. I replaced the brake rotors and pads not to long ago..

Any other suggestions.. It feels like a tight vibration, its drivable, But if you get into it really hard it gets much worse.. The car revs fine when not in gear, so really don't think in anyway its clutch related..

Is there anything else I may have missed or not thought of..

my guess would be the wheels are still not balanced perfectly (possibly a bent rim?). they shouldve told you the readout. might want to try rotating the tires front to back and see if it changes anything. usually axles cause vibration when you accelerate and missing the rubber damper. unbalanced wheels cause vibration at x speed no matter what.

Do you have a bent wheel?

could be the tires themselves. I've balanced several tires to dead on 0 and they came back and we found the belts starting to slip in the tire, look for slight bulges/f*cked up looking wear on the tires

You mentioned you balanced the front two wheels.. what about the rear? That may affect your steering wheel as well if it is at all shaking in addition to the "front end shaking"

you might just need an alignment.

Wheel Bearings-Hold wheel at 12 and 6, and see if movement in the hub.

Steering rack-Hold wheel at 9 and 3 and see if movement.

Wheel=Rim, not steering wheel.

Thanks for all the suggestions..

Alexander- I'm going to do a full rotation from front to back to night.. Just to see..

litlekikr- Hopefully doing the full rotation we tell me if is a bad tire..

Arsenal- I'll also check to the wheel hub better too.

tilt- (rubber damper) None of the new axles have them, both of mine don't.. I guess these are only on OEM axles..

As for a bent wheel I have a fifth wheel I've swapped around and still the same problem.

my integra did the same thing, I had it checked out and it ended up being tire wear
