Ok a ew days ago a friend and i swapped out the bolt on the fuel filter. My friend wantedine because its the kind where the bolt has a smaller bolt in it that can be removed to install a guage to test the fuel psi for his normal bolt. He goes to change it when i relized that the filter is still full because i just cut off the car. So gas goes everywhere. Ive wated for bout 3 days for the smell of gas to go away but it still lingers think i must have splashed on some thing like my firewall so i won just burn off like if it landed on the block. Well it seemed as tho it was starting to go away but after i drive for a while it comes back stronger and my gas seems to dissapear more than normal(noticeably). I got out today and check the bolt it was still torque down tight so its not leaking, at least not from re. I get back in and start the car up and the cel comes on and wont go away? any one got a clue.
