our civic runs on meth, just make sure you have a good fuel system, something double of what you would need for gas

if you are going to run meth then make sure you use some good pumps like weldon along with a meth compatible regulator. and some big injectors to match.

You need 2 1600cc injectors per cylinder and big fuel pump at a minimum. An ignition that can fire a 5-1 mixture is also needed.

we are running 8x1600cc injectors with a aeromotive belt driven fuel pump.the more fuel pressure the better.

go big with everything, you cant have too much fuel. Youll eat so much fuel youll be wondering how it ever went through the engine. 8 x 1600 is the minimum.

use the waterman fuel pump to the cam sprocket or if your going dry-sump run a mechanical of the pump, it will be the best set-up for your meth....

just drain fuel (meth) then cycle regular fuel and leave it in until next event then same process, and have your inj... checked every other race.i never had any fuel problems with this process.

why do you guys decide to run methanol instead of ethanol? with the ethanol you dont have to go through the fuel drain process and i believe (i may very well be wrong here) that u can make the same amount of power with methanol.

Yeah Earl we got it running, we were planning on going to a few local test and tunes this weekend but there are a couple of things to be worked out first. The problem was the ignition dwell was too short.

I'd love to come out and see the car in person, Its been along time, Heh, Last time was when the front end was about 5 feet off the garage floor with no motor and a full metal oem front end...

We run Ethanol and it is easy to work with! We do not have to drain the fuel system after each race but for the work involved run Meth it makes more power and runs cooler.

Try this:
