Yeah, I was scared too, but was foolish enough to think that it was a myth.

i had some break the begining of last year and brian took care of me. Sent him the broke ones, and he sent me the new ones and a new set of valves at no charge. Great customer service as far as I am concerned. I haven't had a problem since. (knocking on wood). My friend and I run the same cams and haven't had any problems. He sent his non-defective "old batch" of cams for the newer version at no cost as well. Remember that you will get more accomplished with a polite attitude than to call and vent your frustrations at them. my 2 pennies.

I personally have used Crowers for quite some time and I never had an issue. However, it seems as though there will always be bad products when they are in mass production. I have known of people who have had issues with the JUN stage 3 cams where they broke also.

Its good to hear that Crower fixed the problem and helped you out. I hope they do the same for the other people who have had their Crower cams break.
I never had a problem with my crower cams, I had them in my car for rougly 15 runs and about 30 dyno pulls. Breakage was always in the back of my mind and I had a uneasy feeling about the cams even though I did my research and found that alot of diferent cam manufacturers or companies have had failures. Im glad I dont have Crower cams any longer. The uneasy felling was the reason I had them for such a shorth period of time.
Ken, make sure you call Crower, let us know what happens.
