Im interested in purchasing a used or new s2k to represent my daily driving needs. But im curious as to what kind of gas mileage you guys get. Stock and or modded, because for a fact I will more than likely be modding my s2k also.

 

normal driving = 23-24mpg...i drive half highway and half city everyday
highway only = 31-32mpg...i couldn't believe it
spirited driving = 16-18mpg depending on how much VTEC, could be even less

 

daily driving i get 250 miles to the tank.

 

i couldn't tell ya exactly.. but i will find out for you within the next couple of days once i fill my tank... i do a lot of highway and traffic (stop and go) driving... and i drive my car hard/spirited as much as i can...

 

I've been comuting about 50 miles a day and get close to 300 a tank. I drive mostly highway.

 

270-300 miles per tank.

 

average 24-25 MPG with mostly city driving, limited highway.

 

The most i usually get is around 250. I have never gotten anything close to 300 before though. How are you guys getting 300?!

Damn I have never gotten 300 on a tank even on a highway trip but I was running over 100 for a while. I normally get 230-250 a tank.

 

Damn, best I ever got was right around 330 miles to a tank but it was almost all highway and no vtec to speak off. 270 or so is more common. I switched out my air filter yesterday and waiting to see how much it helps.

 

I used to average from 250-300 per tank. At the track, I wont see more than 150 out of a tank.

 

240-260 before i get zero bars.

 

Anywhere from 255-300 depending on my driving

 

i drove from philly to northeastern part of Georgia (11-12hr drive). Took 2 whole tank and possibly even a third one. First 2 tanks were right on 300-310 mi. margin. Driving 95 south for 6 hours and then 85 south for 6 hours, average spd was 80-85ish...not much stop and go.

im not too happy with the mpg, but for a small car and the rest you get for the money...gas is only a minimal deciding factor.

the car...is amazing...

 

Lucky to get over 220 usually.

 

Just had my first fill up. Got nearly 28 MPG. Combination of city and highway but mostly city. Didn't push the tank so I can't tell you how many miles per tank.

recently thats been my case, damn right foot won't stop til the car screams...hehehe

 

Yeah, i cant seem to drive the car easy, i just love putting it sideways into second.

 

Just filled up today, ran pretty empty though. I had to get 12.6 gallons. =X

Anyhow, 297 miles this tank. Mix of freeway and street driving, but I drove decently hard, accelerated fast this tank. Not bad. Mods are intake/exhaust. 2000 S2000, 50+k miles.
