Default How much can stock sleeves handle?

I was going to resleeve my gsr block but was thinking i should spend that money more on engine management.Maybe Hondata or something. Now my question is...how much can stock sleeves handle?Im planning on just dropping in some JE pistons and Crower rods into my block and maybe invest in a good headgasket.Perhaps the Inline-pro one?Anyone have experience with that?Any help would be appreciated..thanks!

I've heard that they can't handle more than 15psi...but there are plenty of people out there boosting more than that on their stock sleeves

It's CYlinder Presure dependant.

It depends on your tuning methods, etc...

it's not a matter of how much boost, but how much horsepower. you see, the bigger the turbo, the more horsepower. a stock sleeved us or jdm b18c1 will hold 450+hsp to the wheels providing you have reinforced the rods and pistons and have a well tuned form of engine management.

I ran 22psi all year on an LS and had no problems all year related to the cylinder walls.
