its pretty bueno. dunno about the problems that people have had with the FI hoods and what not, but mine fits pretty well. one side is flush with the fender and the other is just barely sticking out. can't really notice it. weave is pretty good, only like 1 or 2 spots where you can make out where they messed up. the weight is alright i suppose. i was able to compare with a few other hoods this weekend, and it's not as light but decent. kelly and speedpak on the board have this hood as well, might want to ask them too. i can provide pictures if you want.

 

I got my hood from Sheng. Looks and fits great. One of my friends told me it's a VIS hood, because his shop(Topspeed) sells VIS hoods pretty often..

anyway...

 

So it doesnt fit, What about the edges of the hood, Is it sharp or does the carbon wrap to the underside? Please post the pics of the underside and the sides. thanks

 

the hood fits, looks just as good as mikek's. edges are not sharp, the c/f layer wraps in about 3-4 inches to the underside of the hood. i'll get pics up later.
