question on idle control valve (IACV) install on '94 teg
I believe i need a new idle air control valve as my idle is fairly high (about 2250-3k rpm when cool to warm out), plus after that idle will raise and drop over and over for a few minutes. I am almost positive this is what I need because the exact same thing was happening in my old '94 teg and I had an new IACV installed and that did the trick. Anyway, I was wondering exactly where this is located? Also how easy is it to replace, any other necessary precautions, etc.? Lastly, is $31 a good price for one in good condition?
Thanks

The IACV Is located on the backside of the intake manifold. Its fairly easy to replace, just a couple of hoses and like 4 10mm bolts. $31 is a great price, new they run around $150
