p28 obd1 question. EVERYONE PLZ LOOK
hi i got a p28 from some guy like 3 weeks ago. and did my swap from d15b8 to d16z6 and im getting the automatic ecu code... when i buy another p28 ecu, is there any way i know its ganna be a FIVE SPEED...? or no? just have to trust their word or what? cause I looked around and there arent any differences... maybe i didnt look hard enough..? please help.... and sorry if this is the wrong forum. this and the appearence are the only places i pretty much post.. thanks

if you drive your car to go buy it, why dont you just ask em if you can plug it in and test it right there. Thats what i do, you also get to check for:
1. bad ECU throwing cels
2. Good rev limiter and good working vtec.
btw, you can change your ecu to manual. and if you dont know how search and if you still dont know how, i know a uberdata tuner in the bay area who can, its a lot cheaper then buying a new p28.
